Regulation description (CE) :

Obligation for all storing companies, platforms, wholesalers selling to retailers, to have the community sanitary accreditation.
Central cooking facilities are defined like retailers
Retail markets mean companies’ restaurants, foodservices, central cooking facilities, supplied by storage facilities with controlled temperatures areas,
and that provide animal products.
