December 2000 : Registration of the brand Biofinesse in the INPI, creation of the logo, purchase of the name of the internet
property ( Http://www.biofinesse.com ).
January 2001 : Registering of the statutes, analysis of the study on competition, opportunities of customers, catalog of tradesmen...
February 2001 : BIOFINESSE catalogue and beginning of the Direct Marketing campaign - recruiting of businessmen.
March 2001 : First sales.
January 2002 : Creation of a platform in the Paris area to supply the North of France. Hence, BIOFINESSE can now supply the whole country.
January 2004 : Biofinesse inscribes its philosophy in an educational mission : wakening to durable development, to fair trade, to environment, to eating disorders.
That year,the company has realised a turnover of about 1 million euros, of which 50% in the Paris area. Six employees are working in the firm which trades more and more
with foodservices companies.
July 2005 : Biofinesse opens its Midi-Pyrénées platform in Gabardie’s ZAC (Zone of Business Activity) and crosses over the limit of 1200 products and 150 tradesmen.
January 2008 : Acquisition by Group POMONA, leader of the distribution of food to the catering.
July 2008 : Biofinesse new platform and new headquarters in Toulouse.
September 2008 : Biofinesse moved to RUNGIS on a platform of the Group POMONA.
End 2009 : We are studying a new deployment in the Rhone Alps.
