Biofinesse has obtained the FDA accreditation

The american governement requires that any company that would like to export to the US obtain an FDA (Food and Drug Administration) accreditation.

This is done for Biofinesse, the company has just obtained its accreditation in May 2006!
The company is now registered as reg.nub. 10670001956

To obtain this FDA number, every french company has to find a US Agent, partner of the company, that is in charge with warning the company if any food safety problem was to occur. This new regulation aims at protectin the US against mondial terrorism and is a direct consequence of the 21st of Septembre of 2001. The US Agent is also a media between the french company and the US government.
